Stan Salomon serves as Vice President, Financial Analysis and is responsible for the financial modeling and analysis of the company’s projects. He brings to the position over 10 years in financial analysis experience, primarily in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining IBG Partners, Mr. Salomon served as a financial analyst for Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, LP, where he was the primary analyst for over 20 assets comprising CBD and suburban office buildings, industrial parks, multi-family, and land parcels, totaling approximately 3 million square feet and $800 million in market value. While at Kennedy, he performed asset valuations, appraisal reviews, lease analyses, acquisitions and dispositions analysis, budgeting and business plans for existing assets, market research, and other analyses. Prior to Kennedy, Mr. Salomon was a financial analyst for The Mills Corporation, where he was the primary analyst for its kiosks and temporary in-line stores division. Preceding the Mills, he achieved his Series 7 License as a portfolio & investment analyst for AFM, Inc., a financial planning firm in D.C.

Mr. Salomon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
