Tania Malferrari joined IBG Partners, LLC in 2010 as Senior Accountant and is responsible for overseeing financial operations of St. Johns Yacht Harbor in Charleston, SC including cash management, financial statement preparation and analysis, draw requisitions, accounts payable, payroll and HR.

Prior to joining IBG Partners, Ms. Malferrari was a Senior Project Accountant in the Construction and Development Accounting Division of AvalonBay Communities, Inc where she was responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis, budget monitoring and variance reporting, and assisting with accounting-related IT projects. Before joining AvalonBay, she was an Administrative Assistant in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she assisted bankers with research by compiling documents for public information books and client books on target companies. Ms. Malferrari also spent a number of years with the Children’s Television Workshop as a Project Manager.

Ms. Malferrari is a graduate of Baruch College – CUNY with a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems.
