Scott Fuller joined IBG Partners, LLC in 1999 as Senior Vice President, Development and is responsible for management of the company’s development and construction projects. He brings to the position 30 years experience in the field. Since joining IBG Partners, Mr. Fuller has successfully completed the development of two residential waterfront communities in Charleston, South Carolina with lot sellout values of approximately $35 million. Current projects include a $150 million, 360-unit condominium project in Washington, D.C and a $70 million marina village on the Intracoastal Waterway in Charleston, S.C.

Prior to joining IBG Partners, Mr. Fuller served as Director of Construction Management for TransWestern, one the largest, privately-held commercial real estate company in the U.S. He was responsible for base building and tenant construction management in the company’s office portfolio and on a fee-basis for third-party clients. During his years with Transwestern, Mr. Fuller created and staffed the company’s construction management department and built it into a significant profit center in Transwestern’s mid-Atlantic region. His department completed construction projects totaling approximately $20 million over a 2-year period.

As a private entrepreneur, Mr. Fuller has also developed numerous residential condominium projects in the District of Columbia including The Wardman, The Tuscany, The Chatham and The Carbery School.

Mr. Fuller is a graduate of the George Washington University with a major in Urban Affairs and has completed graduate studies in business administration at both George Washington University and American University.
