Tom Luddy joined IBG Partners, LLC, in September, 2006 as Senior Vice President, Construction Management and he is responsible for all projects in construction in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan market.  He brings to the position over 22 years of general contracting construction management experience.  He is currently managing the construction of the $120 million dollar Yale Steam Laundy Condominiums project in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining IBG Partners, Mr. Luddy served as Group Vice President, Special Projects for Forrester Construction Company in Rockville, Maryland.  He spent 11 years with Forrester building and managing the 50 million dollar a year group which focused on fast track construction of base building, heavy renovations, interiors and high end restaurant projects.

Mr. Luddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from the University of Maryland.
